I have quite severe night time incontinence and therefore wet the bed. I wear nappies at night with plastic pants but recently I have started to remove both in my sleep and wet the bed again so I needed to find something to stop me removing my nappy. I found these locking plastic pants in your store and ordered them . They only took a week to come, they are great , nice feeling thick plastic pants which lock with the chain being at the back only , once on and secured there not comming off until released again, have had them placed on me for the last two nights and I have awoken with my nappy on ,result though a little pricey it pleases my wife as she gets more than one week without having to wash bedding
