I bought these to go over a large disposable. I got a sz lg for my 39 in waist. The fit is roomy and provides coverage from almost as low as mid thigh to up above my navel. I wanted somthing a bit more snug, but as it turns out the sizing is very functional. It's what is want it to be if I knew what I was doing.
The material is crinkly, but very light and very comfortable. Maybe they will break in some.
Overall, proper fit, comfortable and prevents leaks. Although they appear to be for cloth diapers, they work well with a ConFi Dri too.
