Plain, Discreet Packages
Fetware Products LLC uses US Post Office envelopes and boxes to ship all orders Worldwide. Your shipping address will appear as on your order, printed by computer on a white label. No other marking will appear on your package.We use durable, waterproof, lightweight envelopes or boxes that show our company name as follows: FP LLC

Online Orders:
We used the very highest level of security while processing your credit card online. You information is scrambled as it is sent over the Internet. Only our bank and Fetware can unscramble the information. When you are using the shopping cart order form notice "https" is how the URL is shown. This means it is a "Secure" connection. Security certificates provided by Cartmanger.net, our shopping cart provider. Our name will appear as FP LLC on your credit card statement along with our phone number. (603) 715-1035

Returns/Exchanges:

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers the expense of processing your purchase and return. Acceptions will be if products are defective and each return MUST be authorized or it will not be accepted. Exchanges shipments will require additional shipping charges. Returns that have been worn or tried on will not be accepted unless defective. You MUST contact us before returning any item.

Phone Orders:
Credit card orders can be placed by phone by calling 603 715-1035 | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm (-05:00 GMT) Most Orders Shipped the same day ordered Monday through Friday. While we maintain a huge on hand inventory some products shown on our web site occasionally may be out of stock. We will contact you if your order cannot be shipped complete within 48 hours. You may decide at that time to substitute, wait for item to return to stock, or cancel that item from your order.

Mailing Your Order
To make an easy to mail or fax order form complete with shipping charges just fill out the order form and when given the option to "Process on Line" or "Print to Mail or Fax" Choose "Print to Mail/Fax". You get an order form all ready to mail, YOUR name and address and OUR name and address are printed on the order.

How to Pay for your Order
US customers may send Credit Card Information, Personal Checks, Money Orders, or Cash via Registered Mail. Outside USA Credit Cards, (Visa, Mastercharge. American Express, Discover) US Currency $ via Registered Mail or Checks Drawn on US Banks only.

International Orders
International Orders will have customs form attached to the package. Contents will be described as "Pants" in most cases..

We offer a constantly updated web site on the www for shopping. Sorry we do not have a printed catalog. Printing cost and the impossible task of updating our website collection make printed catalogs unfeasible.

Normal Delivery Time
Domestic (USA) orders ship via Priority mail, which is expedited airmail service by the US Post Office delivers in 2 to 3 days NOT including the day we ship. You will be emailed a copy of your invoice the day we ship. For example. If we ship Monday you may expect your order Wednesday or Thursday in most parts of the USA. While Priority Mail service averages delivery within 2 - 3 business day this is not a guaranteed service.

International orders ship via Air Post or Global Priority Mail and generally take 5 to 10 working days (not including weekends) to most places in the world. Customers in places such as Australia, United Kingdom and France often report 5-day delivery at times. We are located 50 miles from Boston, Massachusetts, which is an international mail hub.

Customs:
Most orders are small and lightweight and as such do not get customs inspections. This means you are unlikely to have your order delayed by customs or charged any VAT or Customs Duty. However, should your order be selected for inspection you may be required to pay additional fees. An invoice will be included with your order.

All Orders Shipped with Insurance for your protection.
Our handling charge includes insurance if your order is lost in transit. Please contact us if your delivery is over due. Allow for holiday periods and weather related delays. All shipments travel via Air.

Express Orders (available in the USA only)
Fetware Products LLC will ship orders requesting Express Mail service the same day if the order is received by 3:00 PM EST that day. Express Mail does not promise next day delivery. This is because some locations can not be serviced the next day. Some places do not deliver on Sunday and two-day service may be common in your area from our shipping point. Other reasons Express Mail may not be delivered the next day include weather-related delays. If the US Postal Service is unable to deliver as promised we will make application for refund and reimburse you for the Express Mail postage (less handling charges). Please contact us if an unacceptable delay occurs and you desire an Express mail refund.
