I have wet the bed for several years. To help that I have worn diapers. The problem I have is that some mornings I wake up with the diapers removed or lowered, so I ended up with a wet bed. I bought these locking plastic pants to try to make sure I keep my diapers on overnight. So far so great!

As for sizing its correct that its cut very roomy. I am near the upper edge of the sizing, but it fits with lots of room extra even when wearing a thick nightime diaper.
